About the Instructor

Ana resides in Stevens Point and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Promotion/Wellness from UWSP. She has been practicing yoga for over a decade and enjoys sharing the gift of breath with movement. Ana is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and completed her training with YogaFit.
