Every Tuesday 5:30-6:30 pm in the Serenity Room at The Wellness Spa. This class is designed for anyone searching for stress relief, mental clarity, personal renewal, and positive thought education. This simple form of Tai Chi focuses on the healing properties of Qigong which consists of gentle movements, focused breathing, and guided imagery to help relax the mind while stretching and strengthening the body. The benefits are numerous while the activity itself is very safe and easy to do with the goal to achieve internal healing within the first class. No experience needed. Free and Open to the public.
